The convention was honored to have our state’s Secretary of State Jay Dardenne join us for lunch and gave us a little politcal history lesson of Louisiana.

Members of the University Park Lions setup a live broadcast, at our state convention, where we interviewed various Lions from across the state about their clubs activities, what Lionism is, and about our state projects. The podcast was streamed here on our district website. The club had a great time doing it and this podcast offers as a great way for folks who weren’t able to make it to convention to hear what all happened and it also serves as a great way to show potential Lions what exactly Lionism is about and how they can participate in the fun and excitement.
